Am I getting old or...
My wife tells me that as you get older life accelerates. She must be right. My local supermarket has already begun selling Easter eggs. Did I miss Christmas? And if so, I hope I had a good time; it cost me enough. The television is already urging us to book our summer holidays. If this acceleration business if correct maybe I should begin buying Christmas prezzies for next year, after all I wouldn't want to miss out out on a life that is apparently passing me by. I saw a good Halloween mask in the paper shop yesterday. I'd better snap it up while it's still there.

I have to agree. many of our stores sold Halloween and Christmas at the same time. By July stores are clearancing out summer apparel and bringing in the winter coats.
