Three Hoodies paperback now on amazon.

My paperback version of Three Hoodies is now on sale at Amazon. Great!

  They've put the price of the Kindle version up froom $0.99 to $1.23. I wonder why that is. And since CreateSpace is an Amazon subsidiary, why can't I, or anyone else, not purchase that copy from Amazon. Is it perhaps because CreateSpace take less commission?

    The only thing is that despite spending hours on the forums, I still can't find a way of removing page numbers from the preface.
