Did you notice the twin exclamation marks in the title? Well that's why it's taken me so long to finally publish Three Hoodies 2. And yes, I did notice the split infinitive there.
Three Hoodies Save the World 2 is done. I uploaded it this afternoon to Amazon and it should be ready to buy - if someone is willing to give it a go - by tomorrow.
After my previous mistake of publishing a novel with errors, this time I edited it, and almost myself, to death.
Donna Yates from "Believe in yourself", did a marvellous job in locating many mistakes and even more typos in my original manuscript, but as always it's was up to me to find them and repair them all before publishing.
Now it's done and I firmly believe, and hope that it's my best book ever. Although primarily a Y/A novel, anyone can read it who has a sense of humour, or more accurately a rather strange sense of humour like mine. Although, my wife observes that no one else on the planet with an IQ in double digits has a sense of humour quite like mine.
Three Hoodies Save The World 3 is already finished - well at least the first draft. It will require a fair bit of work before it's ready to publish, but before that I'm going to finish Kongomato 2. It's just a pity I didn't think more about it before I began, because now quite a lot of the 30% I've written will have to be scrapped as I've changed my mind about a few major points.
I'm looking forward to it. No humour for a while, just old fashioned violence, horror and a smattering of bad taste. Can't wait.
Thank you for mentioning me. I loved this book. I think it's your best work yet. Time for me to read the finished version.
ReplyDeleteThank you. I hope you can keep some time free for number three.
