After three days without water, both my family and I are becoming a little ripe.
If the men who didn't turn up for the last two appointments to repair the mains water pipe outside my house don't turn up tomorrow, I may not post for a while. Ten to twenty is my best guess.
Ddaughter 2 has been living without running water as well. Where she lives in Israel, there's been an ice storm.

Displaying my complete lack of geographical knowledge, but I thought Israel was hot. I have many family members living over there. They'd be appalled at my ignorance.
DeleteJust strip off and stand outside – its wet enough, and it might give you some ideas for **that** scene.
ReplyDeleteIt's finally fixed, now the men just have to fill in the enormous crater they had to dig in order to find the leak. I'm pretty sure I saw someone down there looking upwards talking about prawns and barbies.
