A review for a book I haven't even read.

I don't do a lot of book reviews, and fewer still for books I haven't even read. Today I'm going to rant about the new book of poetry by Kay Kauffman. I haven't read it yet because my tablet has packed up, my ancient clockwork phone is so old it doesn't even get the net and I can't read books on PC screens because it makes me feel ill.

But I'm going to buy it today purely on the strength of kay's first book of verse. Tuesday Daydreams

What a wonderful collection of beautifully crafted poetry that was. I loved it.

    Her new one:
A Song for all Seasons  must be just as good just because kay wrote them.

Anyone who reads my books will know that if alien races aren't being bombarded by mutant wormholes, or monsters are not devouring the citizens of London, then I'm not really interested. So for me to buy poetry, then it has to be good.

  1. Aww, thank you, Roger! I hope you'll enjoy this one as much as the last! :)

    1. No problem. As soon as I have the media to read it then I'll do a proper review.

  2. That really is an endorsement Roger. I’ve not read anything by Kay, but it sounds as though I should.
Loving the cover for Kongomato 3 and your comment about your daughter had me smiling. Thanks for brightening my day!

    1. I hope you didn't like the cover too much because I've changed it. There was nothing to show the creature's scale. Hopefully I've done that now.
You should have seen the grimace of pure malice after my little princess read it.

  3. I know what you mean, Roger. So it must be good then.

  4. Gosh, I didn't even know she had a new book out. Where have I been? I'll have to look it up.

  5. If it's as good as the last it'll be great. And talking of poetry - where's your next one? Don't make me come over there.
