Given that E is the most commonly used letter in the English language, although some say it's "I", I'm going to attempt a novel without using E even once. It's going to be a bit tricky, and even if I manage it, the chance is that it will be rubbish. However, I can't think of a better test of the miserable grasp I have of my own language. If nothing else it will be a challenge.
Someone has done it already, I think, but they used a different letter. If I find it and the missing letter is E, then I'll do it without another vowel. I'm quite looking forward to it.
If anybody does know what the other piece was/is I'd appreciate being told.
