Do you know how much a 14 hand pony weighs?

Well, I can tell you - a lot.

First it stomped on my foot then tried to bite my hand off, and then it swished it's tail right in my face, and then for the finale, it tried to tear my shirt off. I can only wonder what pain my daughter's mutant pony would have visited on me if I hadn't fed it. Between Louis the nag and her whirling dervish of a cat my time on this planet is definitely numbered, probably in weeks.

So, back to the writing. I've just about put Three Hoodies 3 to bed - well only a nap really since there's at least another dozen edits to go. But I'm happy, or at least not so miserable with the result as I was before. I've already begun Three Hoodies 4, which is probably a mistake given my resolution of just a couple of weeks ago that I would never again write more than one book at the same time.

It's like a disease with me. I only just finished the first edit of Kongomato 2 when the irresistible urge to begin number 3 was too strong. This is made a little easier by my decision to put my Old Geezers series to bed, perhaps permanently. It's a pity because numbers 3 and 4 are already finished, in my head, but I simply cannot finish number 2.

I just downloaded two new books; my first for months. I'm quite excited because I haven't read anything for the same time. I'll give a review of  Vortex, Return of The Effra 1  by Lindsey J Parsons &

Just One Damned Thing After Another (The Chronicles of St Mary's) by Jodi Taylor just as soon as I finish them.
